scotch booze breath..
i don't know where that came from..keep in mind i'm watching almost famouse..

my thanksgiving was fun..not sure if ya'll know but we went to chris saves'ses house and his mom made this tofurkey, it was interesting, now lemme tell you, i eat meat right? yeah, the only one who does around here but thats fine..it tasted like turkey it was different..but i ate it..the smashed potatos were outstanding as well as the numerous sides..so everything was dandy..i sat by the wood stove and worshiped the warm heat-you-to-the-bone type heat..awesome..even played a little guitar..i gotta cruise..it's been nice chiming in..even if i look like i'm in a bad mood..it's probably cause you didn't stop by and say hi..seriously though, I'll have the scrapple..

39 Dodge Dart - Kind of Like Spitting

So, I fixed our annoying Blogger problem. It wasn't much to speak of... however, you'll have to read up on the last few posts which up until a few moments ago were hopelessly unavailable.

A quick recap of my vegan thanksgiving at Chris'. Watched the Simpsons and Friends. Ate a lot of Tofurky and other delicious concoctions that his mom cooked up. Not planning on eating for the next week or so! Then, as we were all relaxing, she busts out dessert! Pumpkin Cheesecake! Vegan! Oh me oh my...

After dinner was game time. Instead of the usual board variety, we settled on something called Jailbreak. I was a little weary at first, given that we would have to run around his huge (unfamiliar) backyard in pitch blackness... but I gave in. Without going into too much detail, within one minute of gametime, I ran through some trees and right into a thornbush. Awesome. Once I got through it, I noticed that I had some parts of the tree left in my face, and it was also oddly wet with something dark. Upon diagnosing the liquid as good old fashioned blood, I surrendered to go suss the damage. It wasn't that bad. A few scratches. A little disinfectant and I was back on the playing field.

Neither team won cause one member hid so well that we thought he just quit and went inside or for a walk... so we had a late night game of Trivial Pursuit. More my speed. No thornbushes.

And with jailbreak, you don't find out such crazy things like Japan is the world's leading exporter of frog legs.

...also saw the "At Your Funeral" video. It's amazing.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Checking email, shaving, showering, stretching, and getting ready to head over to Chris' house for a wonderful vegan feast, something to truly be thankful for.

It's a bit of a let down to not be at home... but there is no better way to spend it than with my second family, as usual on tour with friends.

6:14 PM - downstairs at Brownies NYC

I am eating yellow curry soup from Why Curry on St Mark's Pl. It is amazing. It reminds me of home. Oooh Aaah. Actually, being here in NYC makes me love life and everyone around me so much! And I won't hesitate to say that it's the food! Food-wise, it is the greatest place on Earth. It frustrates me to no end that if I live a full normal healthy life to age 115, I still will only have scratched the surface of food that this grand city has to offer me. I love you.

It's Massamann curry with potatoes, rice, green peppers, tofu, and get this... peanuts! Oh glory!

I am also enjoying the wonderful Pennsylvanian brewhaha named Yuengling. I am in heaven! No wait, it's actually the grungy disgusting downstairs room at Brownies... and I've just been warned (very nicely) that it is illegal for me to drink this beer in the bar because they don't serve it. Lock me up! Just let me bring my curry!

We've got an offshoot posse of 9 from the tour with us. I feel like a ska band... all of us so cramped in that van. I'll say this: The day Hey Mercedes gets a horn section is the day I rent a separate vehicle and tag along in leg-stretching style.

Yuengling is done. I am in the clear. They can't prove anything.

What is it about the bare trees whipping by the van on the side of the highway that reminds me of pretzels?

I am doing my best to get all of the shirts in order for the store. It's rough, though, especially since we're getting some new stuff on Monday or Tuesday. So, the laptop willing, I'm going to at least throw a few designs up tomorrow, that way, we can ensure delivery for the holidays. You know your special sweetheart would love a nice HM shirt! But I kid. I'm a kidder.

If there was some way I could offer you a taste of this delicious food, I would. Actually, I think Virtual Food (or E-Food) is long overdue. If I could download yellow curry soup, I'd be a happy happy man... even if cramped in a van. Late.

More clearance rack items...

43 Last Goodbye - Jeff Buckley

Why are we watching country music videos? On TV now is Kenny Rogers... who sure gained a lot of weight... So much so that he no longer looks like he is Kenny but that he wants to look like Kenny. Confusing sentences rule.

Holy cow, the shows have been great. We are having the best time. Drinking both of the wine factors right now... leaving us with none. Nothing like Merlot out of a Super 8 plastic cup!

The Wine Statistic: 2 out of 4
Scrabble-tastic: Bob 3, Todd 1

Have you been checking Massive Waste of Time? I took that picture as I did my little vocal line...
